Before any payment, you will be asked for your access to the various payment platforms, to guarantee maximum security at each level of operations.

It is totally impossible to load a number that you have not entered, as it will be necessary to ask for checks of the call number before validating any payment. It is therefore necessary to verify the number of your correspondent, to avoid sending by mistake call credits to another number. Mobipiar is not liable for any errors in the number that guarantees secure access to your account.

Click OPEN ACCOUNT and fill in the e-mail address you would like to use to purchase on Mobipiar, choosing a password to access your account. Then you will receive a confirmation e-mail that will indicate the validation of your Mobipiar account. Now that you are a member of the Mobipiar community, you can easily use your platform to send call credits to all of your contacts in more than 88 countries around the world.

It's mandatory to open an account to use Mobipiar safely. This procedure allows us to perform better traceability and to avoid fraudulent use of stolen cards and fictitious accounts. It is therefore impossible to create an account with an existing profile on social networks, because these profiles are not always real accounts. Our concern is the best level of security for your transactions on the Mobipiar platform.

If your e-mail address is not accepted, it may be because it has already been used in the Mobipiar system or is invalid. It is totally impossible to use the same e-mail to open 2 different Mopipiar accounts. Check the validity of your email before using it to create a Mobipiar profile, to avoid inconvenience.

The piracy of your Mobipiar account will be difficult, even if a person has access to your Mobipiar account, because it will certainly have your identifiers of your e-mail account but also your phone number and your mobile phone. For more security of your Mobipiar profile, it is recommended that you proceed to the 2 security levels that we have set up to protect you from intruders, because on the profile page of a user there is the 2 factor authentication that works well for your protection.

For the 2FA it is necessary to install the application google authentificator ON PLAY STORE or ON APPLE STORE

The application allows you to scan a bar code that is given to you, to obtain a secret code necessary to validate the continuation of the process of a transaction.

NB: Mobipiar does not keep any data of your means of payment. For more security, your data remains stored at the providers in charge of payments.

Many reasons can create some financial transaction conflicts on Mobipiar. To ensure maximum security, our system can make payment rejections when:

  • The card used is not the card of the account owner
  • There is no money in the customer's account
  • The customer's bank has blocked the card
  • The security code of the card used is invalid
  • The customer made too many online payments with the same card in the same day (a maximum of 70 euros is the payment limit on the Mobipiar platform per day)
  • The card is no longer valid for expiry of validity date
  • The customer tried too many unsuccessful attempts with the same card (at least 3 times)
  • The customer used a bad password.
  • The card is not accepted by the providers who must guarantee any transaction security

The reasons stated above are not exhaustive, and Mobipiar remains at your disposal for any problem you encounter during a payment. Do not hesitate to contact us on support[at]mobipiar.com, and we will answer you before 24 hours.

We insist that for a payment to be valid on Mobipiar, the name of the holder of the payment method (paypal or card) and the name used of the Mobipiar account must be the same. It would be difficult for someone else to use your card to make a payment on our platform.

To validate a payment, this person will be required to log in to your account using your password and proceed to an identification with Google Identificator (see section my account) which requires validation on your Smartphone. Once you see that someone has access to your card, immediately contact your bank so that they can block your card.

You can always contact us by mail at support[at]mobipiar.com, for more information on the identity of the fraud, to be able to forward a complaint to the police.

We can not refund the purchases by security card, because it requires that we request a refund action from the providers, especially if the recharge has already been transferred to your contact. We invite you to check your payments before validating any payment. In case of overpayment, we will create a credit on your Mobipiar account.
